Pointwing Prompted Searches
Once a search is created in Pointwing recruiting software, the search criteria can be saved to run on demand by the recruiter.
A saved search is called a dynamic worklist in Pointwing. For each variable in the search, the user can specify the information to be matched in the search or have Pointwing prompt the recruiter to enter the matching criteria when the search is initiated. This allows the user to set up more simplistic searches for the recruiter who may not be comfortable within advanced search.
| IMAGES: The search at right was created by the Advanced Search user. Some para-meters are specified and some are prompted. Below right, a sub-scribing user is only prompted for the variable information designated. |
|
The beauty of prompted searches is that the recruiter can create the search just once in Pointwing recruiting software application. Then they can publish the search to any other recruiter in their organization so that those recruiters do not have to create a search on their own. Whenever the subscribing recruiter accesses the search, it runs the search or prompts the recruiter for the desired variable criteria before running the search.
After running a prompted search, the recruiter can then filter the results as needed. (LINK)
