Pointwing Find matching Searches
The Find Matching search function within Pointwing recruiting software may often be the quickest way to fulfill your customers’ human resource needs.
With Find Matching, the recruiter can match a candidate/ resource to a job order or a job order to a candidate/resource. If the recruiter has a qualified candidate, from that resource record he can perform a Find Matching Job Order search to see if there is an open Job Order available for which that resource may be a fit. The search criteria are already predefined so the recruiter simply needs to indicate which attributes they wish to consider when making a match. Find Matching is also available from the Job Order so that the recruiter may find a resource in the Pointwing recruiting software system that matches the Job Order requirements.

Following a Find Matching search, the recruiter can filter or group the results being returned so that only the most relevant data is presented.
